Shipping & Returns


Shipping Method will send your order items throughout Indonesia with experienced couriers, we make sure your goods are safe delivery. It should be noted that shipping costs are not only determined by the weight of the product but also determined by the dimensions of the package based on criteria set by our shipping service partners.

Shipping Costs
The following are important points regarding fees and shipping rules at

  • The shipping fee will refer to the procedure stipulated at
  • The customer is obliged to fill out a complete order form at
  • If there are loss or damage of goods, then it is enterely responsibility of the courier, therefore is freed from all claims for compensation or lawsuits.
  • All shipping costs incurred after the transaction are borne by the customer unless previously stipulated in another agreement.

Return of Goods

Can any goods be returned? No. We only accept the return of goods in the same condition as when you received without damaging the seal for the case of the goods as follows:

  • Product defect
  • Technical issues
  • Misdirected goods

What criteria must be agreed on for the replacement of goods? Items that still have "warranty seals" and a warranty card. Goods will not be returned if:

  • Warranty seals are damaged or missing
  • Returns without the original packaging and is not included with related accessories (manual, certificate of authenticity, etc.)
  • The packaging seal is broken
  • You must also notify us within 2 business days of receiving the order.

How to request a replacement item? You can send a request to our customer service under the heading "PRODUCT RETURN - ORDER NUMBER ()" and includes the information below:

  • Order number
  • SKU numbers and item names
  • The reason for the returns of goods
  • Photos of damaged products

Will the returned items be replaced with new ones? Yes, items will be replaced with the same product. If the item option is not available, the following options will be given:

  • Refunds in the form of bank transfers
  • Wait until the goods are available (no time limit)
  • Exchange with the same goods but different brands and if the price is cheaper then the excess money will be returned.

What should I do if I receive an incomplete order? If the goods sent correspond to the quantities on the delivery confirmation or travel document, then the remaining item will be sent separately. However, if the item received does not match the delivery confirmation or travel document, please contact our customer service, we will immediately ship the missing items or missing product parts.
